今が旬！山菜まつり

初夏を思わせるような２９日、池谷闘牛場にてＮＰＯ法人よしたー山古志と池谷地域住民の主催で、３年ぶりに『山菜まつり』が行なわれました。

朝早くから下ごしらえをした、うど、こごめ、うるい、こしあぶら、わさび菜・・・たくさんの食材が並びました。

この日は山古志住民はもちろん、お世話になっているニュータウンの青葉台住民のかたにも声をかけ、約１５０人分の山菜料理となりました。
裏では、地元のお母さんたちが茹でたり、和えたり、揚げたり・・・
ちょっと味見の腹ごしらえ・・・などなど、出しては無くなりの大忙し！

午前中は、みんなで山へ入り本格的な山菜取り！マナーと注意事項も教えていただき、みなさん汗をふきふき満足した足取りで帰ってきました。
おにぎり有り、味噌汁有り、そしてさまざまな味に変身した山菜料理の美味しかったこと！！
闘牛場のまっすぐに伸びたブナの木のまぶしいみどりが印象的でした。

ご近所へおみやげの山菜を買ったり、レシピを教わったりと
　　　　『旬』を満喫した一日でした。。。

本当に気持ちの良い一日でしたね。
写真のブナの緑がやっぱり最高ですね。
来年はもっとパワーアップしてやりますよ。
